Nate and Crystal are very nice and friendly. They create a nice atmosphere and environment. They are 100% the best. If your insurance is not letting you come to Duval Pharmacy 201 on Normandy Blvd. You are missing out on it. I would try to persuade your insurance if anything.

They're always so friendly, helpful, and attentive, taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions I have. Having recently relocated to Jacksonville, Nate and Crystal exemplified great customer service when transferring my scripts from out of state and made that part of my transition simple and easy. They greet you by name when you walk in and always make a courtesy call when meds are ready. I’m glad I chose this pharmacy and highly recommend Nate and Crystal at Duval Pharmacy Normandy.

My wife and I was having issues getting her scripts filled in a timely, helpful manner at the big chains and stumbled across Duval pharmacy. What a pleasant surprise. Nate and Crystal are wonderful. They constantly go above and beyond to ensure our scripts are correct. They contact our providers if any questions or if scripts are not submitted on time. Their customer service is outstanding. They remember our names and always greets us with a smile. Very impressed. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Listen up, darlings—Ann Longo here, yes that Ann, and I simply cannot keep quiet about Duval Pharmacy 201. First of all, the staff actually know what they’re doing—can you believe it? In this day and age! They’re fast, they’re efficient, and shockingly, they tolerate my endless questions without rolling their eyes. The place is cleaner than my apartment on a good day, and the selection? Impeccable. I asked for something obscure, borderline impossible, and they magically had it. I mean, who does that? If you want service with a side of friendly neighbor vibes, speed, and actual competence, run—don’t walk—to Duval Pharmacy 201. And thank me later when you’re as smugly satisfied as I am.
